nDAlk90 0 Posted December 30, 2011 I think Pelco-D is one of the most popular protocols. Don't know why this is and not sure if one baud rate and protocol is better then another. Can anyone explain to us
SEANHAWG 1 Posted December 30, 2011 You should not notice any difference between protocols and baud rates. Simply use Pelco D with any baud rate and match it up on your DVR and your good to go. Also, be sure to match up the Cam ID's as well.

SEANHAWG 1 Posted December 30, 2011 Its usually by calling up a certain preset number which is defined by the maker of your camera. There is no menu button on PTZ controls. You may check in the GVI manual to see which preset needs to be called up to bring up the OSD menu.
