Need Help Finding Camera meeting this min. spec.

Hi Guys,

I really need some help locating several choices for the following min. spec.

 

"The system shall utilize, at a minimum, 5 mega-pixel (IP) cameras and high-resolution IP Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras. The 5 mega-pixel cameras, or higher, shall utilize a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) sensor with ½” optical format and stream images natively in H.264 (Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG)-4, Part 10) format. The cameras shall have Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) support allowing for compatibility with media players such as Windows Media Player, Apple QuickTime, VLC Player and others. The camera shall have a minimum illumination of 0.3 lux in color mode. The Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera shall stream images in both Motion JPEG and H. 264 simultaneously. The Pan/Tilt/Zoom shall have on-board electronic images stabilization and be equipped with 35x optical zoom. The camera shall have a minimum illumination of 0.5 lux in color mode and 0.008 lux in Black and White (B/W) mode."

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated, I just need the make and model if anyone can advise.

Sorry but there is no such camera. 5MP PTZ with 35X optical zoom..... You can get a fixed 5MP camera or you can get a 1080P PTZ with 20 optical.

Clarification required:

 

Does this mean 5mp fixed cameras, and the PTZs must be "HD", along with other stated requirements?

It doesn't even define a "high-def" PTZ, only "high resolution" (which in standard CCTV parlance, could mean anything 520TVL and up). It doesn't say that the PTZ needs to be 5MP.

the way i read it they want 5mp fixed cameras and HD (720p) PTZ cameras.

Nothing in the PTZ description calls for a specific resolution, or even for "high-definition". In fact, they detail almost everything BUT the actual resolution.
