small camera with autofocus, zoom, no nightvision/IR

Please recommend me a small IP camera, webcam kindof size, without IR etc, that has autofocus, zoom, that i can use with a DVR. I dont need a placstic casing, stand, cables, etc for them, i can make all the housing and cabling myself... i just want something small and high res that i can record 8 CH in sunshine.
