The instructions say - From Internet Explorer, type the IP address or domain name of your recorder in the address bar and press Enter. After this step, click on Configuration Options. I don't get Configuration Options, just links to download Network Viewer or Web Viewer. I think i'll abandon DM and try another manufacturer. Thanks for your help anyway.
