Open File Failed - Firmware Upgrade

Hello,

 

Attempting to upgrade one of our units to the latest firmware off of Bahamas' Security website....I extracted the .bin file from the .rar compressed file and put it on a USB thumb drive. When I try to upgrade, I get "open file failed".

 

I've reformatted the USB drive to FAT and FAT32 - same error.

 

Any suggestions?

Disregard - I fixed it...had to rename the file =)

right, for USB update need to name it update.bin

i rename but the message is still the same:open file failed
