Negativecreep0 0 Posted January 26, 2012 hey I was just looking at buying one now, the local place i bought previously from is http://www.skysonicinc.com they are a NJ based company the dvr they are selling is Icatch which they just rebrand their model...... Baje 0 Posted January 26, 2012 I have only used the cheapy cheapy Chinese dvrs and dont have a problem with them.......yet..they all seem to work pretty well. Reason i have specified icatch is because of the software. I put on a post about the iview system before but noone seems to have heard of them before. Then i found out the software for the 2 are identical (probably the same exact dvr with a name change). But i find the software is soooo much more user friendly than the other ones ive used especially for my non techie clients. Even for me to retrieve recordings remotely is sooooo much easier and straightforward with the iview/icatch systems.
