Login problem with Avtech AVC794

Hello!

 

Everything was working good with my AVC until one day.

 

When i tried to login with the VideoViewer program I got the message Iligal user.

Then I tried to connect with the internet explorer localy(192.168.1.10) and it says

ERROR: Authentication error

 

I haven't change any passwords.I have the defaults. Admin and 0000

 

I cant either login through eagleeys on my iphone.

 

I have tried resseting factory default but no luck

 

What's is the problem? It's crazy

 

Also I am looking for firmware upgrade in Avtech site and I can't find anything!! Do you have any link?

I removed the battery and everything is ok!
