AVTECH 760 & Eagle eyes on Android

Hello

i have an avtech 760 4 channel , and i can't watch my cameras on my android phone. i downloaded eagleseyes for android , but it does'nt work.

 

can anyone tell me if the avtech 760 is compatible with android and 3g ?
