jwp1223 0 Posted January 26, 2012 We were able to get our other DVR running the i3DVR SRX-Pro software back up after the video capture card was fried. Well now we're having a problem with the PTZ cameras. They say that the Configure is done, but when I try to actually move the camera's using the on screen controls, it does nothing. It's set up as PELCO-P SD on the two cameras, but again, I don't know what other areas I need to make sure they are set for them to work. Any help would be appreciative. Fiona 0 Posted January 26, 2012 The configure operation that is displayed on the monitor is a self-test that proves the camera is functioning. Even if you only had the power and the BNC connected to a monitor, you will get the configue display independent of any control language or protocols.
