tekfix 0 Posted January 26, 2012 A disgruntled manager had changed the settings and the admin password on the system before his account was to be turned off (mobile connection?). Now the screen is blue showing everything as locked. The system seems to be operational because the motion sensors still indicate the movements. Any attempt to access the setup screen is asking for a password for admin. None of the original accounts are accessible anymore. Does anyone have an idea how to hardware reset the motherboard to the factory settings? We do have the factory users passwords. We have removed the battery but only the clock has been reset. It seems that the info is stored in a non-volatile memory chip on the board. The motherboard is labeled SDVR-616 V0.8 (2010-NOV-10). Thank you
