ic1nyc 0 Posted January 27, 2012 Hello all. I am a PC tech by trade, but encountering more and more CCTV service calls. Most issues are either end-users not studying manual or even knowing the capabilities of their systems, or remote view related (no or improper port forwarding/router setups, and, activeX issues on IE when remote viewing). Most of what I encounter are PC systems based on Pico, Kodicom clones, etc., or stand-alone units branded with names of companies that no longer exists (GVI anyone?).
