kpd674 and iphone

I have installed a kpd674 with 3 cams .. I use dhcp ip with port 4080

Now I can remote access from internet ie 9 etc. no problems at all

But I have it also on my iPhone 4 s using eagle eye plus , I can remote access it but can’t play back is there a valid reason for this or have I got the wrong avtech dvr
