hi everyone

Hi

I have a problem that I’m hoping somebody might be able to help me with. Firstly I am not too good with electrical stuff .but I will try to explain what the problem is. I basically installed a camera system to be able to view my birds in their nest boxes. But after I installed the system I have been getting a problem. With interference on my TV monitor I have wiggly lines going up the TV screen. And on each camera there is also line moving up the screen but not on every camera. For instance by the way I have 6 cameras on it right now. When I have it showing the 6 cameras on screen no 1 and 2 don’t flicker to bad except that I still get the lines moving up on the entire screen. But the other 4 cameras get a lot on flicker on them. So basically I am trying to get a flicker free screen on all cameras, this is my set up and how I did it.

The multiplexer and keyboard is a baxall zmx ct10 camera system I bought this second hand refurbished I tried this indoors on my TV before setting up and it all works fine. The cameras are 12 led cmos type the multiplexer is in the birdhouse which is approximately 50 mtrs from my house. The keyboard is in my house there connected by an ethernet cable the TV is connected to the multiplexer by a bnc phono video cable. I now know a rg59 would have been better to use but I was supplied with the phono lead and told it would be ok at this distance. now in the bird house the cameras all have their own power supply to them the cable I have used from the multiplexer to the cameras is rg59 with phono ends on these are the screw on ends not the solded type I did double check that the cables were not touching when I fitted them the outer wire and the single middle wire if this makes sense . I did try the cable with a bnc fitting that goes into the multiplexer . but this seemed to create more interference so I put bnc connectors on to the multiplexer and fitted phono end onto the cable and pushed them into the bnc fittings this way. I know there is not too much wrong with the way I have it all set up I’m just looking to get a clear picture on all the cameras. The only functions I need to use is sequential and normal single view so any help would be greatly appreciated , here some links to the system i have
