connecting panasonic WJ-hd22o to pc

hi everybody..I am Noor and I am studying in Italy for a PhD in animal behaviour. I need to install a video system for monitoring animal feeding behaviour and i am at a complete loss...I have a panasonic WJ-HD220 and can't connect it to my PC...If anybody can help me..I am so dull in these issues!!!hope that you may help me...thanks you very much...

 

(i always get the message to switch off and then stop ad then I just can't get anything in my browser!!!)
