dvr and cctv systems

Dear all

Is there a stand alone cctv mini system that operates on a 3.7dc battery not plug in the wall with a mini solar cell attached to keep it charged up, which also records onto a 4GB SD or mini card with a internal clock to keep real time with date stamp playback will be in avi format etc with pir/motion detection also works in low light conditions .

the size of the system cannot be larger than a standard PIR sensor

I think you need to buy one PVR( portable video recorder) and then hand made solar charger. But if you make it you need estimate how power capacity provided from the solar...
