help needed with comart network setup for online viewing

i have this system i bought online got all working except network setup for remote viewing

here is the image of network setup page and i have no idea what to fill in

 

the ddns service listed is closed up aka company went out of business so cant use the ddns log in listed ,

please help guys , its been weeks and i have tried everything

There is no image that I can see.

 

I have 2 comart PC DVRs that send the cameras over internet, so I might be able to help you.
