Difficult time connecting Vflex remotely.

I'm having a difficult time connecting remotely to a Digital Watchdog Vflex. I port forwarded the router and checked it on yougetsignal.com and it shows it open. Checked the gateway and the dvr IP and it's fine. Any suggestions?

Are you using digital watchdog's ddns service? if not, has the ip address changed since you checked to see if the port was open?
