EGEER 0 Posted February 26, 2012 It wont stop recording I bought a Zmodo dvr-h9116uvdh to record widlife in my back yard. I have set the schedule to the following It does respond when there is motion but the problem is I only want it to record when motion activates the dvr. In the search window It doesn't have a criteria for listing only recording activated by motion. It continues to record non-stop in normal mode. Am I missing sometning in the settings? dgalvin66 0 Posted April 4, 2012 You have set it correct. I have the same DVR. It is always recording so that when there is motion it will record a set period of time before the triger along with the period of motion detected. This ia all that should be saved to the HDD, so when you do a search you should only see recordings of motion events listed. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
