DVR with http accessable JPG snapshots

is there a DVR out there that users can access straight HTTP JPG snapshots? looking for an 8 port or up

 

if o any recommendations, I have a ICRealtime MAX8, but it doens't seem to be able to do that or rtsp streams.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
