Why Avtech KPD679B 16CH REAL-TIME DVR have only 5 Max. on-line user.

 

but why KPD677LA 8CH, KPD677B 8CH, KPD675C 4CH, have 10 Max. on-line user.(and i dont understand why)

and the 16 Channel DVR have a lower user in online views that only in a max of 5?

 

is there any firmware that can upgrade the viewer of KPD679B 16CH REAL-TIME DVR?
