dechowireless 0 Posted March 26, 2012 I have setup a 16ch system 12 dome cameras and 4 ptz I wired everything good I had 2 options of a power a 18ch box or the big tails that split into 5 or 4.. I used the pig tail splits I currently have 2 5split ac adapters and 2 4split ac adapters.. When I plug it all up.. I have major interference runing through my dvr.. Which is a 16ch dvr from zmodo the d1 hdmi out version... Someone please help! How do I get rid of this interference! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

wetteddy 0 Posted April 8, 2012 It depends on the interference. Since you have multiple things plugged into the the same curcuit, I'm going to assume you have hum bars. This is typicaly caused by ground differences. Start unplugging devices until the issue goes away. Then once you have found the devide with the issue, troubleshoot that device. It may be as simple as a 3 prong plug with the ground cutoff or a polarized plug, plugged in the wrong way. Good luck Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
