LP_Vincent 0 Posted April 5, 2012 Hello Everyone, I work Loss Prevention for a large retail establishment store and we still use the Sensormatic VM96. Unfortunately we cannot designate a quick view for any of our cameras. I've tried resetting the VM96 and J -box. Does anybody know how to resolve this?? Overtime the view of the cameras are out of place and most of the cameras are not facing the registers or entrances.. It gives me "error program camera" when I try to designate a view for a camera.
