can not play back , an mp4 file on computer which came from

hello ,

 

i have file came from samsung dvr device with a format mp4 , i tried to playit back on my computer and i tried most of the players but i failed ..

 

could some one help me with this ..

Have you tried VLC Media Player, it works with all formats, if not you can use GOM Player.
