Hard reset help on my AVT

Hi,

 

I am new here, so i apologise if i am not in the good area to post this question...

 

I have a CCTV AVT H.264 DVR with 8 channels. I cannot reach it by network and the password is 10 characters and i can only type 6 with the mouse on the local system...so i need to hard reset in order to make the system work again.

I tried the scorpiontheater.com website but i haven't find my cctv on it. Here is the pics of the mainboard.

hi. you will have to list the model avtech you have.

 

if you know the password .... then why not just change everything local ..... also i see you have a Mac. is this the unit you are trying to view it from ???
