lp4443 0 Posted April 15, 2012 I am still in the process of upgrading my store from a diamond ptz system to a new honeywell but of course budgets are tight so I am trying to make due with what I have. I am looking for the data plug that goes into the back of a multiplexer, containing the data from diasey chained PTZs. I attached a picture of the port for reference. tomcctv 190 Posted April 15, 2012 Any ideas where I could get ahold of a plug like this? hi. a plug will be the start of your problems. if you have gone with new honeywell (and i take it you have more than 1 with going daisy) you are best running the data away from your multiplexer and going with a programmable PTZ controller. if you are using old honeywell (vcl) then thats another problem with some needing a manchester box but of course budgets are tight controller is the way to go then RS 485 and your done.
