AVC796ZD Firmware

Hi All

I have a AVC796ZD (as on label on back of unit) i cant find this unit listed for the correct firmware as my unit seems to be stuck in a reboot loop,(gets to scanning HDD and then reboots) I intend to hard reset it and load the firmware on a USB stick but am not sue what the right firmware for this unit should be.

 

Also has anyony got the hard reset procedure.
