Remoteviewer 0 Posted April 22, 2012 Hello together, I have the following problem, perhaps somebody here can help me: I have: 1. AVTECH DVR AVC 785 Firmware. 2.0.4.0 / 2040-10-M3-04-AA-14 2. PTZ Camera (no name from china) 3. Joystick-controller (also no name from china) Protocol: Pelco-D Baudrate: 2400 Remote software: Video Server E Version 1.0.6.6 With the joystick controller everything works perfekt to the camera. Zoom, pan, tilt, preset positions, tours, auto. (Auto= moving automatically from right to left and back whole the time) With the Video Server E software zoom, pan, tilt and auto also works and I can set the preset positions but if I set to action and select one of the preset buttons the camera makes a short move and then it stops. My first question: Have anybody an idea what I can do? Second point: I have downloaded different versions of video viewer. Every version works as viewer but only version 0.0.9.9 supports downloads from DVRs harddrive. No version give me access to PTZ controll. There is no symbol or something like that what I can select for PTZ controll. It seem, that PTZ control is not part of the versions I have downloaded. Second question: What settings or version I need to get PTZ access with video viewer.
