edimaxz 0 Posted April 23, 2012 Hi i am new here just here some expert advise i m using belove dvr with ENMALAC™ INTEGRATED 8 CHANNEL H.264 STANDALONE DVR X 1 UNIT and CDX-4122 DYCOX IP66 4MM INFRA-RED my problem is one of camera can;t view it;s showing blue screen here is screen shot i have attached kindly check it what;s problem is it how can i fix it.. see camera number 1 screen.. groovyman 0 Posted April 23, 2012 When that happens to me it's usually one of a few things: 1 - Loose connection at the DVR or camera, so check both ends 2 - The camera isn't getting power, so, again, check both ends 3 - The camera failed 4 - Someone was playing around with the DVR settings and somehow set a channel to not be displayed either globally or per user. edimaxz 0 Posted April 24, 2012 thanx for your reply groovyman it happens actually when i unplug cable from dvr and plug in didn;t change any setting in dvr and after that screen turn to blue .. i have checked camera cable got power even replace with another camera same screen comes out blue,, what problem it could be. 1 - check cable seems are okey, 2 - The camera have power 3 - Dvr setting are same din;t touch it. groovyman 0 Posted April 24, 2012 Maybe try connecting the camera 1 cable to other channels on the dvr. Do you get an image? Also, if you connect camera 2 cable to channel 1 do you get an image? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
edimaxz 0 Posted April 25, 2012 i connect camera 1 cable to other channel 2 display is same blue screen, and camera 2 cable connect to channel 1 i can see image, one more question i want to ask, it could be possible just unplug cable and plug cable can cause blue screen dispaly...n y?. THank you.. Yes, it's possible that disconnecting then reconnecting the cable can cause a loss of video signal if the cable came loose from the connector. THank you.. hi. take a look at your screen layout first. it all looks mest up. moving cams 1 and 2 will not help your image shows cams 5 and 8 . plug your cameras direct into a TV and see if they both work first Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
