Viewlog GV-800

Friends,

 

Recently I have installed 16 cameras, however I am facing a big problem trying to use (pressing F10) the Viewlog, when I try to view recorded images the screen turns blue and just can't see anything.

 

The play button is disabled

 

This function, I'm trying to run inside the machine which I have installed GV-800.

 

Software Version: GV800 V.8.02

 

What should I do to fix this problem?

 

 

Did I realize some setting wrong?
