We use a Chloride EDP70PLUS/80 with a Type "C" battery cabinet similar to this:

At home, I use a CyberPower CP1350AVRLCD and love it.

 

At work, I have a big Liebert Npower 100KVA UPS.

This doesn't make sense. The OP said he will be using a 8ch DVR & Power Supply and we recommend a Casino grade UPS? The UPS might not fit in the closet with his CCTV equipment.

At home, I use a CyberPower CP1350AVRLCD and love it.

 

That's the one I was leaning towards. I called the company, the tech guy said it provides about twice the run time of the 1000 due to two batteries.
