Most quality and even some low quality manufacturers are including mobile phone software and a network port for external network access. Geovision is considered to be one of the better capture card manufacturers and are relatively inexpensive for the software they include and they offer several frame rate options. http://www.geovision.com.tw/english/Prod_GV600B.asp If you want something cheaper just type in capture card into ebay and specify number of channels.
