Maverick120 0 Posted May 6, 2012 Hi I am new to this forum. I have had this for quite a while, no idea of model number but looks to be a rip off of the Swann DVR4-Alert. It works fine and has a USB socket on the rear to transfer images to your PC. This is the problem, I have a program PCVIewer on my laptop. I need to reinstall windows on laptop but have lost PCViewer install disc. Anyone know where I can get a copy from, i've looked everywhere but can not find it.
