dlfair 0 Posted May 11, 2012 Ok this is my story. I have a GE DVRe with KTD-405 Keypad controller with the I/O box and a GE Legend PTZ camera. No problems with any fixed cameras but I have tried all kinds of crap to get the Legend PTZ to PTZ. What the heck am I doing wrong?????? What is the best protocol setup for this system??? What could I be doing wrong???? Currently setup GE-Legend using Impac (RS-485) Protocol at 9600 baud address 001 hardwired to I/O box to the RS-485 port. Keypad and GE dvr are set at 9600 baud. DVR port 1 and 2 set at network 001 and keypad is working for fixed cameras and remote access to DVR. Please help I can't believe I have had this many problems with this system.
