Anyone install Video door phone stations?

Hi, i ve video door phones (and stations) from dahua, but i cant install.

Cant connect the devices with the PC. I m using the software VTMS.

Anyone can install this stations?

Have you tried contacting the mfr for support? I googled the name and found an email address and phone number. They also have spec sheets and operations manuals on their site. Where are you stuck?

I can configure the stations each , but when i try connect the stations with PC (using VTMS Software) is the problem.
