Audio Problem with avi convesion (from DVR to PC)

Hello all

i use dvr (techvision model : TV-2304ME) with the 3.1.83.P firmware. during avi conversion (from DVR to my PC), using both methods : CMS and Web interface, the video is OK but i get noises with audio, not all the avi file but some of it. i tried different PCs and i also used the web interface of my DVR, i got the same result.

could you help me please?
