Huskerfan 0 Posted May 28, 2012 Hi, I have an ARM NDVR480G and I'm trying to view camera's remotely but my client software won't recognize the unit. Here are my settings: ip address 192.168.001.137 2480 (this is the port I have open on my router) gateway 192.168.001.001 subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 I've tried all kinds of different combinations and literally spent hours on this! Can anyone help, please? Thanks in advance! I'd be eternally grateful for a solution! p.s. When I try to ping the above ip address is pings just fine but my router doesn't recognize this ip in it's client list. p.s.s. Even if the port forwarding wasn't working I'd still be able to view camera's internally, right?

I have the dvr remote viewer software from ARM. This is for my home use and I was just trying to get it up and running. Are my settings correct?
