petalas82 0 Posted June 6, 2012 Question is there away to view my DVR from my Mac laptop just so I can do adjustments to cameras. I don't have a monitor plugged in to my DVR so I would love to be able to plug a cable from my Mac laptop to the video out on the DVR so I can view my DVR so make adjustments. Thanks

Soundy 1 Posted June 6, 2012 That really doesn't help - there are thousands of DVRs out there with VGA outputs. Make and model would help... maybe photos of the DVR...

bike_rider 0 Posted June 6, 2012 So, your question is really, "How do I display VGA output on my Mac Laptop?" Does your Mac laptop have a video-in port? I doubt it, so the answer is that you cannot do it without some (expensive) video capture device.
