PRIP 1600 RT NVR Network Video Recorder

We just installed NVR PRIP 1600 RT of ProLine UK with few PTZ and Fixed cameras.

All cameras and NVR are on network. NVR Setup page is also working in LAN but the page is not displaying any harddisk. Harddisk is already installed in NVR of 2TB. NVR Software CMS Basic 1.6.0.11 also not working.

Can anybody using ProLine guide me.
