sal 0 Posted October 12, 2005 The biggest complaint we have received is the quality of remote viewing. The quality of the remote viewing is directly affected by the quality settings of the unit locally, which is strange for a dvr. The only other issues have been when the unit has been set up improperly and has always been fixed by a reformat.
