Adpro equipment ARC connection issue

I am installing a new 4 camera cctv system that needs to be monitored remotley by an approved ARC, I was going to use a Geovision system but now may use an Adpro as i believe there are more arc's out there that support this type of system.

My customers main concern is that in the unlikley event that the broadband connection failed how would the ARC know, do they ping the IP etc.

You can set a site pulse to transmit to arc at a selected interval if its an issue , also add a back up com so it can drop to that if unit cannot transmit alarm via the broadband.
