zacarra 0 Posted June 22, 2012 I am needing help with setting up the remote view system on a older GV-800 system. I would like to be able to view the cameras at home while I am not at my shop so I can monitor employees. Someone had it setup before but, it stopped working it seems after 30 days. I got as far as setting up the server on the machine that is running the cameras I just don't know where to go from here? I am hesitant of upgrading the software since it was able to work in the past. Any help would be appreciated. I am running Multicam Software. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DWCCTV 0 Posted June 22, 2012 Hello, Are you looking for the port information or how to start your Geovision servers on your system. I am guessing this is an a-type series card which most likely will not update to 8.5 and only run on a 32 bit system. Post a pic of the serial and I can tell you what software you can upgrade to.
