Urgent help required

I am trying to get a CnM H.264 DVR on a smartphone.

I cannot get the dvr to talk to the main PC have tried setting up ports for it via firewall rules (there is no port forward on the router)

I have set the dvr as per many other posts on here so must be with the router.

It is a Netgear DGN2000 .

Probably be firewall issues on the main PC as well, Win7 and IE9

Ca n some one give me a step by step walk through to get this working?

Customer is getting fed up with me going back and forth trying different things!
