Intellex DVR 3.1 storage problem

Hello,

I am a newbie with the machine and I accidentally removed the storage now the system is not recording to storage. You would think that restarting the system then going back to the storage options in admin I would see drives to add back to the system but its blank. The only button that is available is "add all" , I click it and nothing happens and am not prompted to select any drives.

 

Does this need a full reboot using the reboot cd to reassign the partitions for the drives?
