gcan 0 Posted July 1, 2012 Can bullet camera"s be adjusted? motion or distance? I have a Speco DVR system with 2 Speco HT-7716 camera's and one needs to be zoomed out and with the other records everytime a bug fly's by, their set to record motion. They are at a cabin we have and I had them set to send an e-mail when there is an event, actually recorded a bear, but I've turnd the e-mails off because I was getting 20 or more per night. Thanks in advance for any help Greg
Soundy 1 Posted July 1, 2012 Motion detection is usually controlled in the DVR, although what you're experiencing is common with cameras that have built-in LEDs and attract bugs. Most bullet cameras can have the field of view "adjusted" by changing the lens, although with cheap cameras like this, you'd probably destroy the weatherproofing by doing that.
