NetDVR R2004nv web browser viewing password?

I have a client that has already installed a NetDVR R2004nv they bought this DVR from someone and they cant find there contact #,

the problem on the DVR is that the Web viewing password is not the same with DVR admin password, and i cant find the manufacturers website to ask for support,

is there anyone knows the Web viewing password for NetDVR R2004nv? thanks in advance.
