Good Software thats supports a DVR Card

Hi all

I have got a PCI DVR card with one cctv camera attached and i just wonted to know has anyone come to any good software that runs on Windows / Linux? It has to support motion detection and android 2.3 platform

 

I'm currently using i-catcher console by icode however android is not supported
