Has anyone got a copy of the CD as i have lost mine Just mainly need the drivers for it.

Yes, They sent me an email from Digi-IT Inc with the program and drivers

 

Also the drivers for compatible with 32 bit and 64 bit drivers, The following cards supported:

 

16ch Audio Capture Card

DIT-1200Pro,2400Pro,4800Pro,4800ProEx

DIT-2400-32S

DIT-2400HPro

DIT-2400UPro

DIT-4,4Pro,300,600,1200,2400
