Arecont 1355DN Picture Problems

Hi everybody,

 

New to the forums, I hope this is the right place to post this.

 

I'm having trouble with one of my Arecont 1355DN cameras. The picture seems to have gone bad, as in it flickers from normal to a greenish lined mess. It flickers about 3-4 times a second back and forth between the regular image and the "green one."

 

Arecont hasn't been much help as far as troubleshooting. Does anybody know what might be going on?

You can try a reset but something looks fried. Did you open up a support ticket so you can ship the camera back to them for repairs? They warranty their stuff for 3 years, but should still be able to repair it beyond that time period at a cost. You do have to wait a long time to get support from them to get mediocre support, that's normal.

try loading default settings, i've faced same issues on new compact series with nvr "not well" supporting these cameras
