I have a police Taser I purchased a couple months ago but have never used it.

Still in like new condition. have holster and 4 extra cartridges. Value over $600.

will consider all offers. I'm always looking for more Megapixel cams and other gear.

Yeah, I guess I should have mentioned that, be sure its legal in your state! otherwise I can't send it to you. and I will double check to make sure, for both our protection.

But, to answer your question, yes its legal here, no permit required.
