caderoux 0 Posted July 30, 2012 I have a couple of these cameras which I've been using on my home network. I cannot figure out how to change the username and password from admin/password. There's a page to make new accounts, and you can delete accounts, but you can't delete admin and when you try to enter new credentials for admin, it complains that the password doesn't match. I'd hate to expose these on the network port forwarding to find out later that they have security flaws and I've let someone into my network. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It refuses to delete it and there is still no obvious way to edit a user, just the new user registration boxes with the set button and delete user options. It's odd because the manual mentions in at least two places to change the default admin password setting. I'm thinking there has to be a hidden/unlinked page like the firmware upgrade page.
